Conference 2k organises a wide range of events from small training meetings to international symposia.  Our services include:

Initial Planning

Discussion of the client’s overall aims and objectives.
Liaison with the organising committee regarding the programme and speakers’ requirements.

Sponsors/Exhibitors

Approaching relevant sponsors for meeting participation and support.
Designing sponsors’ exhibition and liaising with them in all aspects, including invoicing.

Venue

Researching and recommending venues.
Liaising with the selected venue, including caterers, AV, staging and scientific poster display.

Accommodation

Researching suitable accommodation at hotels and universities, negotiating preferential rates and preparing rooming lists and all other related administration.

Travel

Organising all travel requirements in the UK and Overseas

Marketing

Advising on the most relevant publicity and carrying out direct mailings, journal advertising, association mailings and all forms of required advertising.

Secretariat

Acting as the secretariat for all registrants, providing invoices/receipts, sending out conference information and staffing a registration desk during the meeting.
Dealing with all abstract submissions.

Social Events

Organising receptions, conference dinners, speakers’ dinners, entertainment and transport.

Financial

Conference budgets prepared, all invoices settled on client’s behalf, insurance arranged when required.
Analysing post conference evaluation.
